Parent Support

This package is designed to provide parents with the tools and resources they need to support their child’s development and improve their overall quality of life. Parent training may cover topics such as behavior management, communication strategies, and coping skills.
At TMA , we recognize the unique challenges that parents of autistic children face, and we are committed to providing them with the training and support they need to help their child thrive. Our parent training and support program is designed to empower parents with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to support their child’s development and promote positive outcomes.

Our Key services include

Training and Education

We provide parents with evidence-based strategies for supporting their child's development, such as communication and socialization strategies, behavior management techniques, and support for sensory processing challenges. We also offer workshops and training sessions on topics such as advocacy, navigating healthcare and educational systems, and building partnerships with service providers.

Counselling Services

We recognize that raising a child with autism can be stressful and isolating, and we offer counselling services to help parents address their emotional and psychological needs. Our experienced and qualified therapists provide individual and family counselling to help parents navigate the complex challenges of raising a child with ASD.

Resource Referrals

We offer resource referrals to connect parents with a wide range of local and national organizations that provide additional support and services for families of children with ASD.

Our parent training and support program is led by a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping families of children with ASD. Our team includes licensed therapists, special education teachers, and behavioral specialists who have extensive experience working with children with ASD and their families.
