Employment Readiness

Our Employment Readiness program prepares individuals for the professional world, equipping them with practical, social, and emotional skills necessary for success in their next stage of life. We collaborate with you, your child, and their employer to provide ongoing job support beyond the initial transition period. Our training creates the opportunity for individuals to achieve independence and pursue employment.
